Free Service Invoice Template
Use this free service invoice template for client work, labor, and service calls. See what to include, a labor and materials example, and when to invoice after a job. What to include on a service invoice: your business name and contact details, the client's name and address, a unique invoice number, the invoice date and payment due date, a description of services performed, labor hours and rate, materials costs if applicable, the total amount due, and payment instructions. Labor and materials billing: list labor and materials as separate line items. This makes your invoice transparent and reduces client disputes about what they're paying for. When to invoice after a job: invoice immediately after completing the work while the job is fresh in the client's mind. For larger jobs, use a deposit invoice before starting and a final invoice on completion. Payment link: every service invoice created in Duevero includes a secure link your client can open in any browser. Eligible invoices can be paid online by card when you connect your Square account.
